COVID-19 (Coronavirus) How is the Practice Operating?
The Practice has closed its doors to minimise the risk of Coronavirus, to protect GPs, Staff and the Public. A triage system will be in place. If you require medical attention, please telephone the surgery on 02890 848420. A member of staff will take your details and a GP will call you back.
Repeat prescriptions must be ordered either:
* via the website www.glengormleypractice.co.uk
* by phoning the prescription line on 02890 834360 between 9am-11am, 2pm-4pm
Please ensure you nominate a chemist to collect your prescription. Prescriptions cannot be requested or collected at the reception window.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT EXTRA MEDICINES WILL NOT BE PRESCRIBED. PLEASE ONLY ORDER WHAT IS DUE. ITEMS ORDERED WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN CONTINUOUS WILL NOT BE PRESCRIBED.
Routine appointments have been suspended until further notice with the exception of: Childhood Immunisations, 8 week assessments, antenatal and anti-coagulation (INR).
Digital isolation notes will provide reassurance to those self-isolating and their employers. You can access the new online service, launched to counter these issues, through the NHS 111 website.
