UPDATE ON SHIELDING ADVICE 24 June 2020

Update on Shielding Advice

Treatment Room Changes

WE MUST KEEP YOU AND ALL OUR STAFF SAFE

The system for Blood Tests/ Injections/Dressings has changed due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

If you must attend the surgery for any of the above, you will be given a specific time and asked to inform us of your arrival at the "open window" next to the front door.  You will be asked for your phone number and told to wait in your car until the nurse prepares for your arrival.  Only one patient is permitted access to the building at anytime.

When asked to enter the building, you must wait on the specified seat in the waiting room until called forward by the nurse.  When your treatment is complete, you will be asked to return to the lobby to wait for assistance in leaving the building.

PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO YOU BY STAFF

PLEASE DO NOT WANDER AROUND THE BUILDING.

Test Results

As before, if your test result is actioned by the GP as requiring follow up, you will be contacted by text message or by phone.  There is no need to phone the surgery for the result.
