The GPs are operating a phone first policy due to the covid-19 pandemic.  If you need to speak with a GP please contact the Practice after 8.45am to request a callback from a GP.  The Receptionist will ask you a few questions and the GP will call you back that day.  If the GP feels they would like to see you face to face this will be arranged.  In certain cases the Receptionist may ask you to email a picture of your rash/skin lesion to the GP in advance of the telephone appointment.  Please be aware that callbacks are limited, and once at full capacity you will be asked to phone back the next day.
