Our reception staff recently attended training on Care-Navigation.  They have received indepth training by the GPs on how best to navigate a patient to the appropriate service for their needs.  There is a wide range of services available outside of the GP Practice which are best placed to deal with certain ailments.  Our Care-Navigators are trained to ask appropriate questions in order that you receive the best care, from the right professional.
